Collierville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

Brought my Challenger here for an airbag recall. The service writer started with the guy that pulled in behind me which set the tone for my unsatisfactory review. I keep my baby garaged at home so it is rarely exposed to the elements and stays spotlessly clean. So I asked if they could lock it inside at night but was told that wasn’t possible. He did agree to wash & clean it before releasing it back to me which was acceptable. The mechanic managed to break 2 screws. So what started out to be a 1-day turnaround, turned into 7-business days (Aug 19-27). You see they didn’t have replacement screws in stock & it would take 4-5 days to get them from St. Louis. Like dude...has anybody ever told you about FedEx? Everything looked fine when I picked it up. I drove it straight home as it was threading rain. Two days passed when I noticed tire shine splatter over numerous other places on my car. Obviously the guy who detailed the chrome wheels either applied an excessive amount of tire shine or failed to properly wipe it off. As I was driving it home, the tire shine was slung all over my car. The dirty dust and road debris not only dried on the tires but several other places as well. Based on this experience. I not only don’t recommend this dealership, but I don’t ever plan on going back!!! More

Worst service ever. I brought my truck in for an oil change and an EGR recall. They charged me $100 more than most other dealers charge for the same oil change. I asked for a heads up if there was any other recommended service for my truck. I was never called or notified of when my service was complete. I had to call the dealership to check on my own vehicle. They used less oil in the oil change than the manufacturer recommends and didn't recommend any other service for the truck. Really disappointed with the call that I had with their service manager to talk about how I was treated. I guess they don't care if they have any return customers. More

They service professionals lacked professionalism, promptness and compassion for my situation. They had my car for almost a month and moved slowly about getting things repaired. While helpful with a bolt situation on my Jeep, it is very hard to get in contact with the service department and calls are not returned after multiple messages left. Great customer service. Friendly staff. Nice clean office/waiting area with plenty of room for social distancing with everything going on right now.
