I waited for my suv to get done for 6 and a half hours to get serviced.when I made an appointment a week ago for 9am to put rear rotors and brakes on,but my suv didn't get pulled in until around 2...when i p get serviced.when I made an appointment a week ago for 9am to put rear rotors and brakes on,but my suv didn't get pulled in until around 2...when i pacifically asked chad at 12 noon will they be through with my suv before 3 p.m??They were not!!!...making me late picking my child up from school an whole hour......late......The service manager tried to apologize for what Chad had did, but the damage was already done. I was suppose to get taking care of with a discount for my inconvenience that was not done I already had a coupon for 10% off any service order and so, that was all he took off......poor customer service from the service department and low regard for a customer to get taking care of. Didn't experience this on my first visit ,but this one's was horrible..... More

Worst auto repair experience I have ever had. Waited 2 1/2 months for a buckle. It would have been longer but I finally suggested trying another channel or business - within 30 minutes one was found at N 1/2 months for a buckle. It would have been longer but I finally suggested trying another channel or business - within 30 minutes one was found at Napa. I was charged $1,000 even for that one part. Interesting number. Then they lost the keys. The Jeep in question sat there for 2 1/2 months and no one touched it or tried to start it. It was not washed when completed, I was not offered a discount or apology. A gasket on the outside door handle fell off when we opened the door. Simply got a Merry Christmas - I guess expecting us to be thankful. I understand supply chain or employee issues but this was ridiculous and incompetent. I will never go back and will tell others not to go there either. Tom Oldham More
