I bought my Tucson back in 2009 from here and had no issues for last 11 years. In mid of December 2020 it started giving me some trouble so took it back to dealership for them to checkout to see what ne issues for last 11 years. When i bought the car i got 20years/200K warranty that came in handy as it was a problem with Engine. Dona took all the information from me and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs,, I was amazed with the AWESOME! service provided to me by Dona and everyone in the service department. No questions asked when honoring the warranty. Engine was brought in from CA and replaced in my car within few days. Thank you!!! More
