Service personnel located the problem and fixed it. My 2012 Sonata recently developed a rattle in the undercarriage. I was able to bring it in on Aug. 13th to Colonial Hyundai for repair. The front struts were broken and were promptly replaced. Then it was road tested to insure that the problem was fixed. Car now sounds and drives like new. More

Hard to contact. Slow. I couldn't get thru to set up an appointment as the service department wasn't reachable from the automated phone system. The online Chat function is I couldn't get thru to set up an appointment as the service department wasn't reachable from the automated phone system. The online Chat function is apparently a bot and did not understand my requests. The oil change and recharge of crystal fusion took over 2 hours apparently because our paperwork was left by the mechanic on the desk of an employee who was out to lunch. More

Mixed emotions! Would recommend but with reservations. Originally went for service to my older auto & ended up buying new one.
