Sudden breakdown Our transmission broke when we we returning home on evening. Car was towed to Hyundai. They gave us a loaner to get home. Service representative was personable and straightforward I went in to drop off my car for a PA inspection; the appointment was scheduled easily online, and any adjustments on the invoice was made in person. The service representative listened to all I said (an uncommon experience as a female customer). They took care of the inspection and did not pressure me into any extra fixtures that were not necessary, and the charges were very reasonable. The only reason for 4 stars was that I expected my car to be ready for pick up the next morning, but when I called in the AM they said the mechanic was checking it out at the moment; I thought they would’ve looked at my car the day before when I dropped it off at 3PM.
