Unfriendly, Unintentional Repair I came in for an oil change and to have my air conditioner repaired as it was not working, including the fan. Unfortunately, I had to pay for a labor I came in for an oil change and to have my air conditioner repaired as it was not working, including the fan. Unfortunately, I had to pay for a labor charge for diagnosis before any work could be done which would cost extra depending on the repair. I do not want to pay a labor charge for diagnosis. Two things were cited as to need repair for over $600. I left to shop the prices elsewhere. Imagine my surprise when after the mechanic had inspected the system and put everything back, the air conditioner works just great! One repair unnecessary, one to go. Thanks, Bill Beck for your unintentional repair saving me over $350! I try to take advantage of every discount you offer and I feel like I have to fight to get them. After buying three cars from your dealership and having all of them serviced with you, I find the prices too high., By the way, neither sales rep knew how to introduce themselves to the customer and give them a business card. with eye contact and a smile. Their sales training leaves a great deal to be desired. I say this as a former National Director of Training for three different companies, one of which was in the automotive aftermarket. I trained many franchise owners, managers and sales reps on how to use their operating systems, including growing customer base.to optimize their business. Tell John Ashdale that there is a missing piece in his sales training...yes, even for service reps. More
Got my windshield wipers to work. Windshield wipers did not work. Gavin showed me the problem and now they work just fine. It was helpful when I got the $600 bill. Great service, but long wait. I was satisfied with the service I received; however the wait was very long. I know others there were waiting just as long too. Besides that the staff are all very friendly and helpful. More

Not everything was resolved I went in to get something with my tire fixed. We did alignment and such but when I picked up my car I still heard the issue. I realized that it had to be a wheel bearing issue. I took the service member out for a ride to hear it and he too said it sounded like a wheel bearing issue but it wasn't loud enough to fix. So I'm currently dealing with an annoying noise and have to wait until the matter gets much worse in order for it be fixed ... which is not what I thought would be the case when buying the warranty. Other than that their service is pretty fast. I've been there twice. More
