I waited 2.5 hours for nothing. I drove my car to this dealer on Tuesday morning 12/4/2017 at 7:45 AM. A plug in the tire was on the shoulder and shouldn’t have been plugged. I was advised to get two new front tries and I agreed. I picked out a set of tires for a good price and waited. After 2 hours I asked the salesmen how much longer. He said they are working on it now, it will be done soon. 15 minutes later he pulls me aside and tells me the tires I wanted aren’t in stock. He said I can get the more expensive pair, but I will be another 2 hours till they can be delivered. So this moron had me wait almost 2.5 hours just to tell me they weren’t in stock. Obviously, I left and went to another merchant. Their service is painfully slow. Only go there if you have warranty work and can get the car dropped off. The dealer replies back..."We're sorry you felt service was slow. We always aim to have efficient service! If you'd like to discuss the matter further, give us a call at (610) 873-9000. " He didn't even read the complain. The service was non existent. If you wait 2.5 hours and then are told the tires really aren't in stock, that's no service, not slow service. More
