My Review of Columbia Ford Lincoln Kia:
Everything was great until the need to adapt came about. I was recomended to come here which Is over an hour from my own home but I came anyway. When I went back to school and the need to be contacted by email was needed everything fell apart. My questions weren't getting answered and it ended up costing me extra money because John didn't take the time to find out what I needed for some aspects of the paperwork. I'm overall happy with the car but not with the service. I'm still waiting in things now, 3 weeks after my purchase, and haven't gotten responses.

Wonderful buying experience, wonderful facility, friendly employees. Purchased a new vehicle with no pressure. They made you comfortable and were very interested in making the deal without being pushy. After the sale, salesman, manager and finance were great. Drove in with my car, looking for a new car, left from that same visit ith a new ride!

everyone i came in contact with was professional, helpful and friendly. the process took long but i suppose a good part of that was my indecision. my purchase was end of the month and sometimes the wait for the business office was long.
