My Review of Commonwealth Honda:
I went to Commonwealth motors because they were the closest Honda dealership in my area. They had exactly what I was looking for. The sales person was friendly and very helpful in getting me the Honda I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. After checking with another Honda dealership about price I ended up purchasing my new Honda CRV from Commonwealth because I felt like they're aiming to please their customers.
I had an automatic starter put in my new car and it seems to be working perfectly.

My Review of Commonwealth Honda:
The Commonwealth experience was exceptional. The salesperson, Gary Kotyla, was extremely knowledgeable, most informative, delightfully personable. He provided a comfortable and homey atmosphere and spent lots of time with us. He listened, did not try to oversell, and was definitely supportive as we worked our way to making decisions about what car was right for us.

I had owned Toyotas, but my new CRV is delightful. It is easy to handle, the dashboard functional and esthetically pleasing. It handles beautifully and I know that I will enjoy lots of hours driving it.

This note is just a quick acknowledgement of the quality and care that was a part of our Commonwealth experience.

I highly recommend and believe in their saying, Shop Us Last,,, you won't be disappointed.
Gol see Gary at Commonweatlh Motors!!

My Review of Commonwealth Honda:
Very easy to work with! Never felt any pressure when I entered their showroom. Paul (salesman) was very accomendating to my wants/needs. This is my second Honda purchase from them!! There will be more in the future that's for sure. Looking forward to their great express service as well. No need for me to shop them last as their motto states, I recommend saving the hassle and only shopping them!!

My Review of Commonwealth Honda:
Although we bought a Honda, we actually were working with a sales rep from Chevrolet. He was extremely knowledgable about all the different dealers within Commonwealth. President's Day weekend is a busy time and they gave us tons of it! We were in a terrible situation with a car and they helped us to get into a reliable and affordable car.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Joe-divisional sales manager, Craig Clark, Luis Cruz

My Review of Commonwealth Honda:
I was looking for a new Honda Civic VP to lease on 1/23/2010. I spoke with Craig a number of times threw email and on the phone. Craig said he could beat any lease price of the other dealers and to come in and test drive one of the VP's.

Well my wife and I get there and they don't have any Honda Civic VP's on the lot. So they try to upsell us to a LX model. Then it takes an hour of going back and forth from the salesman to the sales manager to get the lease terms that we had originally agreed to over the phone and threw email.

We fill out the paperwork and they take my credit card to take the first months payment. Because my credit was not perfect they come back and say that my payments will increase on my lease by $30 a month. I tell them I am going to walk and ask them to return our credit card to us. The salesmen goes back to the sales manager and then comes back to us. All of a sudden they can do the deal at our original lease price and that they will have the car in 1 to 2 days.

5 days go by and they still don't have the car. I called the dealership every day and they always tell me the car will be in today or the next day. Finally I decide to cancel my purchase. I call the dealership and general sales manager refuses to refund my deposit. I ask him where my car is, again I get it will be in today or tomorrow. I tell him I am canceling my purchase. He states I can't cancel my purchase because I signed on the Purchase and sales agreement. He says that the attorney general will disagree with me that I can cancel. I tell him I am canceling and will get my deposit back via my credit card company and hang up.

I then take time to read the purchase and sales agreement and it states that "In the event I fail to take delivery of the vehicle purchased by me withing forty-eight (48) hours after I have been notified by you that it is ready for delivery and pay the total contract price in the manner indecated, my deposit in the amount $$$ may, at your option, be retained by you to compensate"

Since they did not notify me that the car was ready for delivery the general sales manager was clearly lieing to me.

I should have just left when we showed up and they did not have any of the cars I was looking for. The sales department of this dealership is terrible all around and I would severly caution anyone from going in to even look at cars here. They are high preasure, rude and made our car purchase a terrible experience.

We spend allot of time trying to get Mr Tatro approved due to his credit. We also located the CRV VP for him. After all the time we spend trying to get him financed, locating the vehicle and getting him the CRV VP we wanted. He then decides to buy else where after we did all the work!

My Review of Commonwealth Honda:
I can't believe this place gets a 3.6! It was the worst experience of my life! They "messed up" the paperwork and sold us the wrong model car. I made the big mistake of having the my two kids with me and signed the agreement before I realized their mistake. Since the mistake was for a lesser model that I just way over paid for more they told me I could have the car at that price or they would keep my deposit. When I told them neither of those options would work they called the police and had me removed in front of my kids. Hands down the worst shopping-business experience of my life.

My Review of Commonwealth Honda:
I had a great experience at Commonwealth Honda. I recently bought a 2010 Honda Civic and I love it. The sales person was really professional and every easy to work with. He showed me the great service and prices for service they provide their customers and I was sold. I visited 4 other dealers and by far, there is no competition. The place was really really clean. The best experience I had was a day after taking my new civic, I had left my head lights on while in school, when I get out of school my new civic wouldnt start. Luckly, I recieved a call from my sales person (Eleizer) to check how the car was doing. I told him that my car would not start and is because I left my headlighs on. He drove to my school(about 20min away) and got my Civic started. It was incredible the service Eleizer provided to me. It showed they really cared.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Gary Kotyla

My Review of Commonwealth Honda:
I didn't end up buying from Commonwealth Honda because they didn't have any pre-owned Honda Odyssesy's with the miles I was looking for. Gary did an excellent job of showing me the features of the Honda Odyssey though. He was upfront and honest with me which goes a long way in my book. They were going to offer the best price i could find on a new Odyssey but I was more interested in pre-owned. Gary was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and understanding of my needs as a customer. So if you're going to shop at Commonwealth, ask for Gary!

Employee(s) Dealt With: Joe Gerbino, Craig Clark

My Review of Commonwealth Honda:
I have previously bought several new cars elsewhere, But have NEVER experienced the lies, deceit, tricks, and harassment as I did at "commonwealth Motors". The staff, especially JOE GERBINO and CRAIG CLARK, are VERY UN-professional and will attempt to cheat you until you sign the very last line--and even after. IE: I was NEVER told about a $1,500.00 cash back offered by the "Honda Motor Corporation" on ALL new cars, which I bought a new Honda Accord. When I became aware of this cash incentive---(one day before I was to pick-up the bought car)-- being made by "HONDA", Commonwealth Motors and their sales "team" said that they had included the $1,500 cash rebate into the price I was given for my trade-in. I told them, due to these circumstances, I no longer wanted this car. I was told TOO BAD< WE HAVE YOUR SIGNITURE ALL OVER THIS CONTRACT--

If you do decide to buy from COMMONWEALTH MOTORS, please; bring your lawyer with you.
