It was a great experience. Ezequiel was my salesman and made my experience an easy one. I wasn't really looking for a car I went with my girlfriend because her lease was up on h Ezequiel was my salesman and made my experience an easy one. Xavier at Kia was top notch. My daughter and future son in law where looking to trade in their Kia for a new one. They asked me to go since this was their 1st time buying a new ca My daughter and future son in law where looking to trade in their Kia for a new one. They asked me to go since this was their 1st time buying a new car. Xavier came out and introduced himself and it was 7pm and they close at 8. After looking at 3 vehicles and 2 test drives he was not pushy at all. We sat down and after they decided on a 2019 Forte we talked numbers. I was their to negotiate. After a few times not only did they get what they wanted the payments were a little less. We left there at 10pm and they did not rush us at all. I know a sale is a sale but the professionalism was outstanding. More

Fast, supportive service When my car was no longer driveable, the team at Commonwealth Kia were extremely supportive to help me find a car that meets my family’s needs. They w When my car was no longer driveable, the team at Commonwealth Kia were extremely supportive to help me find a car that meets my family’s needs. They worked with me to develop a leasing option that was fair and affordable, even though I could not get as much money for my trade in vehicle as I had hoped. Xavier helped me work through my options and when I returned the next day having made a decision, Ezequiel helped me finalize my lease agreement to get me in the Kia Sportage I wanted. Eric was also very helpful with setting up my registration, getting bank approval, and setting up my written contract. When I picked up my car, Ezequiel walked me through all of the features and helped me install the car seat base for my son. The team at Commonwealth Kia made an unexpected and stressful decision so much easier and I look forward to working with them throughout the duration of my lease and beyond. More

By far the 5 worst experiences ever at car dealership Yes, 5, shame on me. Wish I could give zero stars. Been bringing my car here for 2 years to fix this problem. Warranty is only as good as Kia Service' Yes, 5, shame on me. Wish I could give zero stars. Been bringing my car here for 2 years to fix this problem. Warranty is only as good as Kia Service's willingness and ability to find and fix problem. Today was 5th and final chance to keep my business. Made Saturday appt so I could test drive with tech to reproduce problem. Didn't honor appt. Waited 2 hours for them to "fit me in." Took car on test drive without me - the entire reason I brought car in and sat in stupid waiting room for 2 hours on beautiful, sunny, warm Saturday morning. Tech couldn't reproduce issue test driving without me. Too busy to go test drive again. Told me probably bad gas and I should run through full tank and come back. Told them i'd been there at least 4 times over the last 2 years and that gas is not the problem - and that I was not coming back. Then service desk tech Corrected me - said I had only been there twice. Told me to come behind the counter and see my history for myself. Listen, I wish I could forget the now 5 miserable and wasted experiences i've had with Commonwealth Kia Service - but I was there - and you obviously don't respect me or my time. Thanks for correcting me - I'm stupid and taking my business anywhere else. More
