Confidence has provided the most thorough and honest service. The service providers are very thorough and take time to explain the repairs and maintenance needs of both my vehicles. They are very courteous, friendly and explain everything that I needed done and gave me a timeline on how long my service would take. For me it was 90 min and I was out in almost 90 minutes exactly. They keep a clean facility with nice waiting room with coffee and waters for customers. I prefer to sit and wait in the new car showroom during my stay. Unlike other places, they do not page you that our vehicle is ready, your service manager personally comes to get you to inform you of your service and any problems that may have been discovered. I have been very pleased with Confidence. I recommend them. More
