Went in for oil change. Vehicle had set history with Conklin Car Dealership in Hutchinson. I was told cost would be $125. just like previous service in Hutchinson. Final s Vehicle had set history with Conklin Car Dealership in Hutchinson. I was told cost would be $125. just like previous service in Hutchinson. Final service cost was $185. When I asked why there was a $60 difference I was told it was because they didn’t use bulk oil like the Hutchinson dealership. I guess I’m supposed to believe there is a $10 difference per quart between bulk and bottled oil. Really disappointing knowing that one locations service department can be so different than the others. Frustrating! More

The whole team at Conklins was amazing! Matt wasn’t pushy and answered all my questions. He was very honest with me which I appreciated! Everyone else we dealt with was just as great!
