I have very mixed feelings about Conklin Motors! I bought a 2026 RAM RHO on 12/27/2025. I am from Colorado so I drove a rental to Salina to pick up the vehicle on January 3, 2026. We placed a healthy down payment and financed the balance of the vehicle cost as well as all licensing fees, taxes, registration, and, etc. through the finance process. Approximately one week before the temporary sticker was to expire on 02/27/2026 I went to the Colorado DMV to see if I could either get the plates and or the new temporary sticker. I was informed by the Colorado DMV that they have never received any anything from the Conklin motor organization and or the third-party title company that they use in order to process the vehicle with registration and fees. I am writing this on 03/17/2026 and as of one week ago I was informed by Conklin Motors that the title company says it generally takes three weeks to process the paperwork. And that I should have information to the Colorado DMV sometime around 10 April 2026. If I were pulled over, I was informed the truck would be impounded because it is considered a ghost truck in Colorado since they would have no information in the system to validate that the truck had not been stolen. I asked for the number for the title company and have never received information regarding the title company or whom I could talk to at the title company. My communication from a week ago was the last communication that I received from Conklin Motors. I have very mixed feelings about Conklin Motors at this time because the purchase process went reasonably well and they seemed friendly, but obviously have not been very helpful. I am nearly 3 months past the date of purchase without a drivable truck and or a license plate or temporary sticker. I am even more concerned because we financed all of the registration, taxes, fees and other associated cost through Conklin and I have no clue whether or not the check is going to be provided to the Colorado DMV along with the title work if and when it comes. The only time I receive communication from Andy Bogedain is when I have initiated the conversation with questions and or request for updates. Someone screwed up big time getting the paperwork to the title company and where the title company that they use is completely incompetent! Either way, someone is incompetent and I’m sitting here with a ghost truck that I can’t drive or it will get impounded! I feel like Conklin Motors has washed their hands of this issue and I’m on my own. I will most likely reach out to the Kansas DMV again and file a complaint and am considering getting an attorney. The registration, taxes.and fees were approximately $9000 on the vehicle. I had to list a vehicle so I listed a comparable vehicle claiming it’s a Ford but I bought a 2026 RAM RHO. You tell me how you would rate Conklin Motors. More

Took my dead battery to get new one since it was under warranty. Battery had been jumped and driven on for a period of time, but went immediately dead when shut down. Had put in a battery from AutoZone s warranty. Battery had been jumped and driven on for a period of time, but went immediately dead when shut down. Had put in a battery from AutoZone since it occurred over the weekend and was out of state. Went to the Ford service side first, they said battery needed tested and needed to go to Chevy service side. Battery was taken there to be tested which they said could last from 30 min.. to 3 hours, and would call when test was over. 6 hours later, no call, so I went to dealership anyways. Was told battery was good. Not sure if it was or they swapped out for another used battery. Asked why a call wasn’t made, and response was it just finished 20 minutes ago. Attempted to charge me for the testing of battery, even though it was still under warranty. I questioned this and a phone call was made, and no charge was made. No offer to put good battery back in truck, or do you need help carrying it out. Went to AutoZone to return battery I bought and salesman was more than helpful. Gave me a full refund on battery and went outside to swap out the battery. This should have been the service I received at the dealership!! More
Friendly, honest and quick service. Other Ford dealers in the area are closer but workmanship and honesty are lacking at those other locations. I intend to keep going back to Conklin. Had a great experience with a recent recall on my F150. Everyone was fantastic with taking my call to the free shuttle service back and forth to my home and support staff in between.
