Have been taking my 2015 Forester to Conley for service, since I bought it from them in July 2014. They have always been fair with me and have done good work. Two times they took longer than the expected time to complete the work and they gave me a discount - so, they were doing the right thing to make me a happy camper. This is the 1st Subaru I have ever owned and it has been awesome - oil changes, 1 battery, new set of tires and rear brakes . . . . that's it. Still runs just as good as new. More

It has a transmission issue and is making a TERRIBLE grinding sound when going around 20mph in 2nd gear not to mention tons of other issues I had addressed. Needless to say they refused to fix the problem even after having the vehicle over 4 times. They deemed the noise as normal which is totally unacceptable. I now have to go through Subaru of America for further assistance but I doubt they will help me either. If you are going to buy a vehicle, don't do it at this dealership. Go somewhere else. More
Worst experience with a service department ever. Absolutely devastated with the experience we received. Booked our Subaru Impreza in as we had two issues - unable to take key out of ignition when in park and car drifting when traveling at speed on the highway. The latter we have been dealing with since we purchased the car three years ago. When we arrived at the service department they agreed that the key was an electrical issue and they would need to order a switch. They said it would take a couple of days so they offered us a loaner. They also asked if they could take the car onto the highway to assess the drifting situation. We agreed. When we had heard nothing from them two days later we called. We were told that nobody was available to speak to us as it was 1pm on a Saturday so we asked that someone call us on the Monday. Nobody called us on Monday so on Tuesday we tried calling them again to find out what was happening with our car. When we finally got to speak to someone they shouted at us that they had called and left voicemails as the work on the car was completed within two hours the day we dropped it off. They confirmed that they did not replace the necessary part and instead greased the key - this had been done previously and not worked. Not what they had agreed to do at all. We asked for the manager to call us. We called two further times. Nobody returned our calls. So we called Subaru Head Office. They in turn called Conley who said they were going to call the Sheriff if we didn't return the loaner! Seriously you think we wanted a Subaru Forester. We had checked our phone for 5 days and they had not called us, nor had they left any voicemails saying the car was ready. We checked our phone records with AT & T and there was no record of a single phone call from them. We printed off the records and went into the dealership. The service manager Alan Conley was so rude. I politely showed him the phone records asking him to please show me where he had called us and he just said your phone records mean nothing to me and pushed them away. He then said that we had run up a bill of $700 which they would waive. Okay so let's look at that shall we. In the next breath he said the loaner was $40 per day. Because they had not called us we had had the loaner for 6 days. And just to be factual we had done 60 miles in those 6 days. So at $40 per day that would be $240. They greased the key and they aligned the tires. When we asked them if they had taken the car on the highway to experience the drifting they said they had not. They had spent two hours on the car. So somehow in two hours they say the bill for an alignment and greasing a key was $460. We said but you had agreed to replace the switch and he then lied and said they had never agreed to do that. Well why would we accept greasing a key when that had previously been done? And if you think about it why would they need to give us a loaner if they only intended to grease a key which would take only a short time. Many a time we have sat in the service department for a couple of hours while they complete an oil change or similar. At this point every time we tried to speak he shouted over us and told us to take our business elsewhere. The entire exchange took less than two minutes during which time he was very rude and lied about the work they had agreed to do. I should also point out that this work was under warranty! We have now put this matter in the hands of Subaru Head Office. We are sending them copies of our phone records which show no calls from Conley Subaru. Conley Subaru have not fixed either of the problems. The key is still sticking and the car is still drifting. . If I could give them zero stars I would. No company should ever speak to a customer in this way. I will never buy another Subaru if I have to deal with dealerships like this. They are doing Subaru a huge disservice. More

I took my subaru sti there for warranty work to get the heated seats replaced they called me days later to let me know they dropped the seat on my side skirt and need to replace some pieces and repaint my side skirt. Well when i inpected my car there was several other scratches on my interior pieces that wasnt there. They told me I was trying to take advantage of them by me wanting other pieces replaced? The nerve of these people. I trusted my car there and just because i'm a woman they TOOK advantage of me. They did not inspect my car before they took possession of it. The owner is also sexist by trying to tell me i know nothing about my own car. I wouln't even take my bicycle to this dealer. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Love you car? Than look for another dealer. Trust me. Don't let a conley, con you. More

We ended up buying our 2015 subaru sti at reeves in tampa instea was done for. Conley tried to tell us the engine was not covered under warranty because of custom exhaust work done to the car. This was complete BS so wy would not do. Overall, sales is unwilling to sell and service doesn't even understand subaru warrantied. Anyone considering going here, just make the dd because they were actually interested in selling us a car. Fast foward to a few days ago, our subaru broke down so we had in towed to conley.
