Good morning, Essence. It was nice meeting you the day we purchased our Subaru and working with Michelle when I came in to have a strap installed on the hatchback. The installation took less than half an hour-a very short time. My only concern was that I felt the price for the cloth strap and installation were very high. There was also a service charge on the invoice that was not expected or explained. More
