Not only were both of them incredible helpful, but their kindness, humor, and knowledge brought my experience to the next level. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new/used car. They had many great vehicles on the lot, and were also incredible willing and able to find me exactly what I was looking for, and bring it to their dealership for me to see... and eventually get! The dealership is also very nice, great hours for both sales and service, and very accessible with communication options. Can't thank you guys enough for all your help!!! More

They were very helpful and pleasant, and their showroom had a nice waiting area with free sandwiches, snacks, coffee and soft drinks. Nothing slick or high pressure, just nice people and good service. I highly recommend them for a Subaru purchase. BTW - the Forester is a terrific car - excellent visibility, electronics package, and safety features. Our whole family loves it! More

The mechanic was able to locate the cause of the smell (mouse droppings near the blower motor) and clean it out, and the cost was equal to the estimate. When I arrived, I found out that the service would take several hours - f I took my Subaru for a 30,000 mile service today at Beard Subaru in Hyannis. When I arrived, I found out that the service would take several hours - far too long for me to sit and wait. I had errands to run, shopping to do, and a PT appointment to get to. I thought I would have to reschedule, but the Jim Welch, an assistant service manager, arranged for a loaner car for me so I could take care of my errands and shop, while the techs worked on my car as quickly as possible. The net-net? Car service, errands, and shopping completed in time for me to get to my PT appointment! The service personnel at Beard are truly great - personable, helpful, and attentive to customer's needs. I highly recommend them! More
