My Review of Copeland Toyota:
As always, I had an extremely pleasant experience. The drive-in facility was easy to enter and exit. Everyone was extremely friendly and pleasant from the person who scheduled my service visit to the cashier. The work was done quickly while I waited. The waiting area was clean and spacious. The waiting area seating was comfortable where I read while occasionally glancing at the television. Refreshments were available if wanted. It seemed like the other people in the waiting area did not have long waits either.

This facility was recommended by a co-worker. I have been coming to this dealership for about a year and one-half and would not hesitate to buy a car from here or have my car serviced here again.

I have dealt with a few other people than Joe in service and all have been outstanding.

The Copeland Toyota Service staff are always willing to listen to you, work with you, and help you along the way for any problems that you may have. They are courteous and polite and make you feel at ease as you get your car taken care of. They understand that is it not "just a car" but "your car" and make every effort to put you at ease and explain any and all service that they perform on your vehicle.

I have been dealing with Copeland Toyota for about 10 years. I have purchased vehicles from them and have always had my vehicle serviced through them. I feel that they are up front and honest and do not get aggravated with me questioning certain repairs that are needed.

I visited Copeland Toyota from Cape Cod, Massachusetts. There are many Toyota dealers on Cape Cod but the journey over the bridge to Copeland in Brockton was well worth it.

The Tundra Specialist, Steve Brennen was knowledgeable, professional and very well organized. He answered all my questions without hesitation.

Copeland Toyota is the level to which other Toyota dealers should aspire to be at today.

They have me as a customer for life.

I had a very positive experience with Copeland Toyota. I especially appreciate the way the sales people were knowledgeable, helpful and not high pressure. My Camry was delivered expeditiously, was very clean, and the dealership took care of details like registration which made my life a lot easier. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I would certainlly recommend Copeland Toyota to anyone interested in purchasing a car.

My experience at Copeland Toyota was excellent from start to finish.

I had shopped around online ahead of time and Copeland Toyota was the most competitive pricing wise for the Sienna minivan. At the dealer, there were no pressure tactics or "let me check with my supervisor" type things where I have felt manipulated at other dealers.

Alan, the salesperson, was extremely helpful and patient walking through various options for the Sienna including finding the best way for us to finance it.

Laura, the business manager, was very helpful and made sure the insurance and other paperwork went smoothly so I could take the car home with me that day.

I was treated with respect and each person I dealt with was highly professional and friendly. My wife loves her new car which fits our large family perfectly and fits our budget and current gas prices as well.

I was given the opportunity to drive less expensive pre-certed models and was very pleased with my decision.Kim did not use "the pressure sales line"
It is my hope that all salespersons male or female have the same motivation to make a customer feel as comfortable as Kim did.

I never felt pressurred to make a "buy" ot to make her sale. The only issues I had was that the finance person who I can not remembr by name was not prepared in a timely fashion when I went to pick up my car.

If I am ever in the market for another car I will certainly return to Copeland first.

I love my new RAV4. It's is VERY comfortable with all kinds of bells and whistles like bluetooth enabled. Very economical with loads of room - I am 6'4"! Excellent experience buying a car at Copeland Toyota! Very laid bad, no pressure, great price, friendly staff. HIGHLY recommend this dealer over any other dealer - very easy to deal with from test drive to paperwork to pickup... they were very flexible and accommodated my busy work schedule. I am looking forward to my first service visit so I can say "Hi" to the crew.

In June of 07 I had been in an automobile accident and my 06 Camry had been totaled,however I believe that the safety features of the car saved my life. My mind was set on getting another Toyota Camry,so I was shopping around when I came into Copeland Toyota Scion in Brockton. I was approached by one of the sales person and immediately felt comfortable talking with him. I explained my situation and what I was looking for and he showed me a White Camry that I took for a ride and I knew that this was exactly what I was looking for. The transaction and negotiation process went very smoothtly. No hassles or feelings of pressure to buy the car. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend Copeland Toyota to my freinds and family and I just love my 07 Camry!
