Helpful and trustworthy - cannot recommend highly enough I got more personal attention and care from Cornerstone Mitsubishi than any other dearlership I visited in my car search (~10 in total). Unlike other dealerships, I felt like the sales person, Eddie Earnshaw in this case, was genuinely invested in helping me find the right car for me, and wasn't just looking to make a sale. I also never felt like I was inconveniencing him by asking a lot of questions or taking a long time to come to a decision. He was always available and helpful. I went into Cornerstone Mitsubishi with very little knowledge or idea about what I wanted. Eddie, who is just immediately likeable, spent a long time talking with me about what I wanted in a car, how I was going to drive, what I was going to use it for, etc. He listened and made some good recommendations. We ended up taking a Mirage out on a test drive that lasted almost a half hour, so I really got a good sense of what driving the car is like. In total, I visited the dealership three times, and got a lot of face time with Eddie each time. He was great about answering questions. Even after I purchased the car (i.e. after he had any economic incentive to help me), he spent at least a half hour with me, showing me all the features and making sure I didn't have any questions before driving it off the lot. I am very grateful to Eddie and the rest of Cornerstone Mitsubishi. I love my car, and cannot recommend them highly enough! More

Bill shows you the 'real deal' - what you are buying, what he paid and screens most dealers won't share so you know exactly what you are getting. He will give the best possible Mitsubishi deal of any of these dealers. We don't yet know about the service side of the house but if they are as good as the business owner, we'll be happy for the life of the car with them! I was looking for a used 2010 Outlander. Bill Cimino found one and worked hard to make me an offer on a car I wanted to buy. He addressed every issue I had with the vehicle and made it clear the his goal was not just to sell a call but start a relationship with his customers that would have us return for service and to buy other cars in the future. I did my research and Bill agreed to aggressively price a vehicle to make the sale. While other dealers such as Quirk Mitsu play games to lure you in, Cornerstone Mitsubishi treats its customers with respect and treats you fairly. I made my purchase six weeks ago and found that I was treated just as well after the sale. Their service department staff knows what they're doing. The tone set by ownership of treating customer fairly is just the same in the service department. As for the Outlander, I drove the Outback, CR-V, RAV4, Sorento and Forster first. I'm glad that I chose the Outlander and very happy with Cornerstone. I live in Metrowest, but recommend Cornerstone Mitsu in Wilmington. More
I searched at several locations to find a family friendly vehicle before the birth of my first child and at a reasonable price.
