We have worked with Dan Arnold at Cornhusker Toyota in Grand Island NE for quite a few years. We wanted to look at a RAV4 since the pandemic. He knew that and called us Monday morning to say they just had Grand Island NE for quite a few years. We wanted to look at a RAV4 since the pandemic. He knew that and called us Monday morning to say they just had a 2023 come in. We drove the 30 miles to look at it. It turned out to be exactly what we wanted. He is a great salesman in that he knows what we like and have liked for years. We signed the agreement that day and picked the car up yesterday. When we met with John Crayne to go over the financial aspects, we decided for the first time to purchase the service agreement. On any scale you might have we would rate this team at the top of the list. Between the first call from Dan to the time we took the car home was about 24 hours. Really personal great service! Absolutely no give and take in negotiation. Strictly a take it or leave it price. Also "threw in" some sort of $2000 nick-and-dent insurance which was of no interest or value to me. J.R. was awesome in every way. He was not pushy but was very kind and professional in every way in his approach to helping me find the right vehicle. He was Very knowledgeable and sincere in answering every question I had. After I purchased the vehicle J. R. Spent a few moments helping me hook up my ph to apple play and showed me how to navigate through the infotainment center , and also kindly helped me unload my old vehicle of personal items and transport it to the new vehicle. Manager Randy was also so helpful in talking through my questions and observations regarding the process; Very personable and took time to make sure I was happy with the purchase. All in all, Cornhusker auto was a most pleasant and easy experience for me in purchasing a vehicle. Many thanks again for all your professionalism and assistance in making my purchase a pleasant one.
