Worked with Isaac who told me the vehicle I purchased had passed a 170 point inspection, was mechanically sound, and had new tires. I brought this up to the dealership and they told me the service history did not include anything about brakes, rotors, or tires and therefore the mechanics did their due diligence. Not trustworthy. Cortes Nissan is the biggest joke of a dealership we’ve ever dealt with. We’ve had some pretty bad experiences, but the way Cortes has handled this transaction is incredibly bad. We bought a used vehicle h ever dealt with. We’ve had some pretty bad experiences, but the way Cortes has handled this transaction is incredibly bad. We bought a used vehicle here on 6/29, could not pick it up until 7/8 with half the issues needing repairs still not fixed. We were in such a hurry picking up the vehicle, we didn’t have time to do an in depth inspection. Of course you shouldn’t have to when you’re told it’s been detailed multiple times. Upon bringing it home, we found so many parts of the car to be dirty and clearly not detailed at all. One of the repairs that went unfinished by the shop, meant we had to get tires replaced the day after we picked up this vehicle. The mechanic we trust recommended doing an inspection, then informed us the shocks were completely shot, costing us over $5K. We were obviously completely lied to and are now being ghosted by this dealership. Their shop is a joke, customer service is fake and management refuses to call us. Highly recommend going literally anywhere else but Cortes. More
