I bought a 1982 dodge pickup new at Cortese and the sale was OK but the service department was very bad. Had a leak in the transmission that I brought back 6 times and they couldnt figure it out. Turned out was OK but the service department was very bad. Had a leak in the transmission that I brought back 6 times and they couldnt figure it out. Turned out to be a loose plug that if they dropped the transmission would have found it. I said I would never go back and for 42 years I didnt. Because of a situation with my 2019 Ram I had to go to a larger dealership. I was very impressed with the staff. They were outstanding. Everyone looked me in the face and spoke to me. They were helpful and followed up. I would have said the dealership was a 5 except the service writer spoke so fast on the phone I couldn't understand his message. I have recommended your company to everyone I have come in contact with. Great job with training your staff on how to make contact with customers. More
