I have had a constant problem with transmission shutter since new. I cannot get anyone to address the problem. All I am told is my vehicle must throw a code before a repair can occur. I know we live in a world of electronic devices, but all you need to do to experience the problem is drive the car. The service writer does not even write the problem I am having on the work order. I can go on, but what's the point. More

Didn't do what I requested (again) Request rotate and rebalance tires; Very obviously didn't rebalance the tires. Requested to connect the securing straps on the 2 front seats. My husband recently died and the lease was in his name, FordCredit told me it would be easier I went in to drop off a leased car under Peace of Mind. My husband recently died and the lease was in his name, FordCredit told me it would be easier if I turned in the car than put the lease in my name. Understandably, this was a very difficult thing to do, but the salesman who approached me, Tom Ciavarri, was very kind. He helped me through the process, and then I leased an Eco Sport. The General Manager came to introduce himself,and the finance person was very thorough explaining the lease. I felt that Tom Ciavarri gives each sale a personal touch, and I am sure I will return in the future when my lease is over. More
