We scheduled an appointment for a manufacturer recall the day we dropped the vehicle off I received a text from a random salesperson asking if I wanted to sale my car I told him no. Later in the day I received a text message from another salesperson asking if I would sale my car again? Why was my phone number randomly distributed to the sales force? My was notified from the service department with a list of recommendations of things to do approximately 600.00? We just brought the car in for a recall? When we went in to pick up the car I asked the gentleman at the counter why I received a list? He said they do a safety inspection on all cars that come in. He stress safety issues one of the items was a cabin filter a 9.00 dollar part for 118.00 dollars one of the other items was to clean the fuel injection system again safety ? We didn’t ask for any service when we dropped the car off so the focus should have been on the recall only not to conjure up a list of money making items. I feel my right to privacy was invaded by handing my cell phone number out randomly. I wouldn’t expect these types of things from a large dealer. One thing comes to mind Honest John’s used ca sales. $450 to hook up computer and update software rather than find/fix the issue. Very disappointed. Paid to have oil change, tires rotated on my RAM VAN RV, when got the van back the low air pressure light on the dash was ON. I asked Ryan if air in the tires were checked and he said yes just drive and the light will go out. I drove it home approx 50 miles, it didn't go out. I then checked the air pressure, the rear is at 55 should be 80psi, the frt tires are at 65psi which was what the rear tires were when I brought it in. Please explain. Thank you.
