Will do anything to sell a car fast, then not worry about you once the sale is final. (Ex: 2 and a half months and still don’t have 2nd key, didn’t finish their process to pay off my old lease until I found you once the sale is final. (Ex: 2 and a half months and still don’t have 2nd key, didn’t finish their process to pay off my old lease until I found out after being dinged by late payment, sales verbally pushing to give perfect star rating even when they deserve much less than a perfect score) Service center has taken 2 hours for oil changes with an appointment about every time. Have wasted many trips back into corwin for nothing. I have leased 4 vehicles with them giving them the benefit of the doubt, but will not return for my next one. All but one purchase has been bad and as the customer feel I have to do a lot of following up to get loose ends fixed. More
