After correcting initial service call taker that def warning message was on, not service engine soon, it still never made it to work order. Truck arrived in limp mode because of def problem. Still never warning message was on, not service engine soon, it still never made it to work order. Truck arrived in limp mode because of def problem. Still never stated on work order. Extended warranty for emissions failure denied, not even submitted to oem. Review what the work order says the original complaint is so it cannot be changed. I believe it was malicious to do this. Will never go there again. More
