Andrew Tonn from Service Department is just the wrong guy for the job. Seriously, you call me and ask me to show up there now so you can confront me? My car and you can't be close to each other. I don't want to see your face because you are a disgrace for the company. He wanted to sound tough cookie but actually behaved like a jerk.
