Corwin Ford's Quick Lane is really good. My second oil change was again covered with my Ford Pass points. I had an oil change and tire rotation with correct pressures performed. When i got home from my 3. change was again covered with my Ford Pass points. I had an oil change and tire rotation with correct pressures performed. When i got home from my 3.5 mile journey my right front tire was flat. I called the manager of Quick lane and a tech was sent to my house and the spare was put on. Drove back to the dealership and i was told i had picked up a "hitch hiker". The problem was fixed for free. I thought it might be a valve stem issue but apparently i punctured my tire. More

Its getting real frustrating ive called corporate and of course nothing they can or will do. I really got screwed on this deal. We are a single income family now making payments on a vehicle that we do NOT have nor will have back any time soon plus we commute a decent distance for work. We have had loaners but i guess now they cant even do that. (By the way loaner lady is sweet) We have called to get updayes so has corporate and no one calls back. I just feel like i got screwed and didnt even get a date first. I only had the vehicle a month or so before it tore up i even brought it in 3 weeks prior to have the transmission looked at and they said it was a battery. But hey they have made it clear we are on our own thanks corwin and ford motor company for all of the help!! Buy a vehicle here Dont expect to have your vehicle back if it needs repairs or even get decent communication!!! This is going to cause us to lose everything we own! Or are buying! This was our only vehicle we live 20+ miles from our job! So im just beyond scared!! More
