Pathetic! They tried to turn a $50 oil change into $500 of unnecessary services. Said my air filter needed to be replaced. I replaced it a month, maybe a month & a half ago. It probably doesn’t have 2500 m of unnecessary services. Said my air filter needed to be replaced. I replaced it a month, maybe a month & a half ago. It probably doesn’t have 2500 miles on it. Then the manager called & try to argue with me. I know I had a basically brand new air filter on my truck. They told another customer that they needed new tires. They had just put new tires on. The brand new tires they were saying needed replaced had less than 1000 miles on them. I used to like Corwin for the fact they didn’t do this. What happened. They are worse than a Jiffy Lube, guess that’s where I’ll go for now on. More

Took my new Ranger up for some repairs. Very unprofessional. Treated me like dirt. Wouldn’t call back after calling for hours. Tried to charge me diagnostic fees for non warranty repairs becaus unprofessional. Treated me like dirt. Wouldn’t call back after calling for hours. Tried to charge me diagnostic fees for non warranty repairs because they said it took them all day to diagnose the non warranted repair. I was able to see when they turned my car on from the app from the alarms going off. They had only worked on it maybe a hour. Tried to get me for 1700 bucks for a new tail light. Don’t get me wrong I know a cracked taillight isn’t warrantable and they are pricey but not that pricey. The parts department at another dealer quoted me 900 bucks for one and it is two screws to take it off. When I told them I wanted my truck back they said it was not safe to drive and that they already had it a part and if I wanted it back it would need to be towed. I had been driving it for two weeks prior waiting on my appointment and my tail light worked just fine. Needless to say I got my truck back. Found a sensor online for 175 dollars and fixed it. Although the salesman I bought my truck from was wonderful the service department is terrible. The service is just as important or more then the sales side of a dealership. Oh yeah they blamed it on the service guy was having a bad day and was on pain medication from a surgery. More
