Traveling from Florida to Omaha NE I found I needed a new water pump. I can’t thank Spencer and Ricky enough!!! They had me in and out in the time they said they would. Worst service I have ever had at a car dealership and I have bought 20-30 new vehicles in the past 10-15 years. I have always bought GM products but bought a 2023 Lincoln Navigator and if Corwin Ford is m have bought 20-30 new vehicles in the past 10-15 years. Very poor service. I brought my truck in for a recall that took 2 weeks to schedule. I was told it would take a single day to complete and 10 days later and many phone I brought my truck in for a recall that took 2 weeks to schedule. I was told it would take a single day to complete and 10 days later and many phone calls I am getting my truck back in non operable condition. Long story short, the customer service and handling of this situation was extremely poor. I would not recommend this dealer! More

My appointment was on Tuesday and wasn’t looked at until Wednesday but never notify. Service advisor Paul had to leave multiple voicemails for updates as he had no desire to communicate in a timely fashion. Wednesday but never notify. Waited for parts to be delivered, which I completely understand that is out of dealership control but then they broke them placing them on and was forced to wait longer. The service advisor was very good, but the prices are very high for changing fluids in the differentials. Also, the constant selling of additional services does get to be tiresome, particularly when they very high for changing fluids in the differentials. You need to take in all of your records just to make sure they don't talk you into an extra service you just had 2 or 3 oil changes ago. More
