I recently had warranty work performed at Corwin Ford and unfortunately there was an incident resulting in damage unrelated to the repair I was there for. Adrienne and Caleb couldn’t have been more professio unfortunately there was an incident resulting in damage unrelated to the repair I was there for. Adrienne and Caleb couldn’t have been more professional and both kept the lines of communication going throughout the process. Adrienne couldn’t have been more professional as she actually was the one that I originally regarding the damage as Caleb was out. I’m sure she was expecting a confrontation but there was none and I just felt like a customer being taken care of. Caleb picked things up from there and everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Both Caleb and Adrienne turned a potential negative into a net positive in the end. More
The service advisor I had for the recall was awesome and great to deal with. My experience with the service department was great. I've got my new Ford Ranger have almost 80000 miles on it Ford Tech said coolant went through a into the valve into the motor. When I bought my truck they sold me the best extended warranty money can buy so Ford Tech said coolant went through a into the valve into the motor. When I bought my truck they sold me the best extended warranty money can buy so I thought I had a pretty decent chance of being with a good company since Ford sells this for them. The technician said it needs a new motor a gasket went bad and let coolant into the motor. They said they had to wait on the insurance adjuster to come oprove the fix he said just change the top half of the motor the rest SHOULD BE OK. They wouldn't give me a car to drive because Corwin said they have none so I had to rent a car that I thought i was going to be reimbursed for but boy was I wrong. Conclusion don't bye vehicles from Corwin or Ford they will screw you in the end one way or another More

Vehicle was scheduled for an oil change.
