Christian went above and beyond in helping us get a vehicle. I reached out to multiple dealerships trying to get a hybrid, any hybrid. I was initially told the dealership couldn't help me, but then the vehicle. I reached out to multiple dealerships trying to get a hybrid, any hybrid. I was initially told the dealership couldn't help me, but then the manager assigned Christian to us and I'm glad he did. He got us set up with one of the incoming new Camry, was communicative the whole way through and very responsive to our needs. Great service, front to back. And the vehicle drives great. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with and will let whoever I can know to never use them. Luis, the sales manager is as shady as they come. They took pictures of our trade in before we had even agree whoever I can know to never use them. Luis, the sales manager is as shady as they come. They took pictures of our trade in before we had even agreed on anything and then used those pictures, with our plates still visible. When I called to complain about it, I was told “that is how they do business”. It’s unacceptable business practices and will be reported to the DOR.
