Gave me the option to replace engine and cabinet filter. Chose to do it myself. The rear bolt was missing on the air filter cover. Will request the bolt be replaced upon next oil change visit. I was rear ended in my Rav4 on 3/11/2022. My car was totaled and I had several injuries. When it was time to get a new car, I of course went to Corwin Toyota to search for a new one. From the very beginning, the sales department were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in finding me the right car. Although supply is backlogged, my sales guy, Willie, was great in explaining the process and securing a new car for me. He kept me updated with the progress of my car from Japan, through U S customs, the trip to Colorado, and when it arrived to the dealership. That kind of personal service was well appreciated. The follow up emails and phone calls from Willie and the department Manager was so reassuring that being a Toyota car owner comes with many perks with this dealership! The ongoing construction chaos is not their fault- I suppose when completed it will all be fine. It is a very uncomfortable experience right now. I have only one complaint with service. I told them I am coming in for a 90,000 mile maintenance on my Prius. Service mgr never mentioned that there are MANY things recommended at this check. Up to $700 dollars worth of maintenance! So I did not have the chance to schedule more work that day, arrange the money, and leave the car for the day. Now I have to find time for another appointment. More
