I purchased this Toyota in August, where they did a switch at the closing regarding my trade in value and taxes. I should have backed out then. Now I go for routine oil and rotation, where they tell me I only have 2 service visits available. At the sale they told me it would be the lifetime of the vehicle. When I arrive to check in for service, there are 2 sides with 3 people in line. The had 5 people checking in on one side and 2 on the other. They had me wait 15 minutes for 1 of the 2 to free up . While 5 people watched me stand in line. I will never buy another vehicle from Larry H Miller Boulder Toyota and will take all of my business elsewhere. Scott, Lafayette More

After about 2 hours I had the general manager of sales call and talk to me and right afterwards the GM of Toyota Boulder called me. Once I explained everything, they answered my questions addressed my concerns and together we worked out a compromise that we both agreed to. I was sent a conformation email, detailing what we discussed and our resolution, I have never been treated so good and fair.
