We bought a used car in July and have had to put $5000 into it since purchasing. Dealership does not stand behind it and I've had several conversations with Ty. I understand the used car did not have a d into it since purchasing. Dealership does not stand behind it and I've had several conversations with Ty. I understand the used car did not have a dealer warranty with it but I was shocked that having to put $4000 into it within weeks was not of concern at all. Be very careful buying a used car there. You have the same luck going to a small dealership. I bought a car at what I believed was a reputable larger dealership as I thought the cars would be inspected before sale. I do not believe a friend or family member of an employee there would treated that way. But, he is very comfortable treating a stranger that way, which truly speaks volumes. More
Rork provides incredible customer service service, my car is running great now. Sent a lyft to take me to work and my car was done quicker than expected. Only mechanic I would go to. I took my car in for maintenance. When I picked it up the computer screen wasn’t working. They broke my screen. I took it back in and they won’t fix it. I have to pay $1000 for a piece that broke while they computer screen wasn’t working. They broke my screen. I took it back in and they won’t fix it. I have to pay $1000 for a piece that broke while they were working on my car. One of the most unjust things I’ve seen a business do. Insane. Don’t ever go there. They will break your car and then charge you to fix it More
My RAV4 needed an oil change pretty much the minute I moved to Boulder so I tried the service dept at Larry Miller right away to book an appt. the service receptionist was so rude and couldn’t understan moved to Boulder so I tried the service dept at Larry Miller right away to book an appt. the service receptionist was so rude and couldn’t understand what I was saying. I left messages for both the service advisor I was referred to and the service manager and neither called me back. I purchased 3 Toyotas in 6 years from my last dealership (and actually kind of wanted to trade the RAV in so they’ve lost out on a repeat client sales-wise too. I strongly recommend driving to ANY OF THE OTHER DEALERS for service appts. More
Dishonest.Unreliable work.Poor to no customer Dishonest. Unreliable work. Poor to no customer service. Lie to suit your need. Andre, I have to thank you for the smile you put on my face. I Dishonest. Unreliable work. Poor to no customer service. Lie to suit your need. Andre, I have to thank you for the smile you put on my face. I cannot believe your ability to think people are that unintelligent. First, for you tell me bolts on my engine were loose for 5 years and 40,000 miles before they fell off the truck, all at the same time, is just hilarious. I hope you don’t believe everything that falls out of your mouth. No matter the work done 5 years earlier, before I purchased the truck, IF they were loose, they would have come off long before you guys did what ever you did to my truck. And really, if they were loose, when you strapped the serpentine belt on there, a good mechanic would have noticed. (you don’t have any good mechanics) Guess he was not paying attention that day. Seriously, they were loose, by your words, putting the belt back on after you did the water pump, should have been caught by you. Ya, just dishonest and lying is the only thing you have left since being accountable is not in your job description. Second, my estimate. You said on my estimate, there was nothing about the air conditioning compressor on there. You then went on to say several times, this cannot be edited, nothing could be removed from this, and that it was plainly never on there. You were extremely adamant that this could not be altered or changed in anyway. You made it very clear and hammered this point. I made the comment of how convenient when you told me this. You continued again to tell me that there is no way, this could be removed, and went on with the lose bolt story. I was at work when you finally called back. Didn’t have time that day or yesterday to find my copy of your estimate. I knew it was on there, and low and behold, the air conditioning compressor is there, picture of it and all. I still cannot see where it is leaking in the picture like stated, but its there. Maybe you should look at your system. There should be an audit function there where you can go back and see when you deleted this. Something I cant use, is the recording on my work phone of Rork and me talking, where I plainly say “I see the air conditioner here, but it still blows enough cold air, good enough to freeze the wife out”. Also said a few other things about it, but that right there nails it. Lying again. I know what happened would be costly for you to fix. Sorry, but it’s what happened and where it happened is also unfortunate. But to lie straight faced to me. Completely unaccountable. I am really smiling, I intended to spend a boat load of cash to make everything I could almost as new as possible. We put a ton of miles on this vehicle hauling wood, and driving to South Dakota to our second home. So I am happy you all did only part of the huge shopping list of items I wanted done when I brought the vehicle to you. So really, instead of paying 2800 for a broken unreliable truck after being in your shop, it could have been a broken truck for 6000 or more. At this point, I will not pursue this any further. If your going to lie about the estimate on the paperwork, you’re going to lie about everything else under the sun from here to the end. Its not worth it, the time, the hassle, the knowing at any moment I will be lied to again. To top it off, you all would not return a call for weeks like last time. Just don’t have time to spend on you all. Jarrad, don’t even ask me to reach out to you like last time. I don’t have the want or need to wait for this go on any further. Andre lying to me, now that I am looking right at the paperwork, well, you get it if you have a clue. Your team has lied to you from the bottom up. They have saved their skins, but they have made Boulder Toyota into a disreputable place of business. I will now leave negative feedback everywhere I can every day if I can. I will pass by word of mouth the basics, your dishonorable and dishonest way of business to anyone I can, and I talk to a lot of people every single day. Its not going to hurt your business any, but I’ll do what I can on my end, since you all didn’t do what you should have on yours. Even if I did call, I would end up having to leave a message, and it would be 2-3 weeks before you would get back to me, just like last time when we touched base. What were your words? “ill get right back to you” as I recall. Yes, 18 days later you finally reached out. Granted, I only touched base with you once in that time frame 8 days later, leaving you once again a message, but I should not have had to even wait the 8 days. Its really easy to make excuses for anything, and apparently easier to just lie your way through a situation till you think you’re on top and have control. But then again, people really are not as gullible as one might think. I have wasted over a month on this with you, and almost all of that is your lack of response till I finally pushed. Then you lied to get away from the situation. We have done business with Boulder Toyota for years, dating back to the late 80’s. Several vehicles purchased as well as service to them. We went away because the service was declining. We came back to give you all a try again. I take my bike to Harley and spend an outrageous amount for service. Basically, just oil, filters in engine and tranny. But the reason I pay this is because they do a thorough check of everything on the bike from making sure all nuts and bolts are tight, to washing it, not because they like my money. Because they do their job, always. I never regret paying them, always treated like they need my business. Last note. Brought the corolla back in Saturday, so you all could stuff the wires back under the dash. You all know the story how it just didn’t get finished, or forgotten. Rork’s words to the wife were classic. “So, what’s your problem”. What a great way to start off the conversation, specially to a lady. He then proceeded to say he and his team had never worked on my car, they have never seen it, and so on. Funny how no one there knows anything, or who did what, or if they even did it. If that’s the case, you all owe me 1300 bucks for work you didn’t perform. Well, just wanted to thank you Andre. Your last words were you all would take care of her when she showed up. So after that open greeting right off the bat, well, you know how it went downhill from there. Treated her like crap. Typical male talking down to a female crap. I would even consider this gender bias. What a little man, to hammer on my wife. Im the one that’s been hammering on you idiots. To take it out on the wife, well, just a little man to go after a woman. Bout sums it up. You all suck, and we wont be back. Lies. No customer service. Undependable. More

Details below: Brannen Schrader was so much better than many other car salesmen that my (young adult) daughter and I have met. He was totally respectful towards both of us women. This was the 1st time my daughter was shopping for a car at a dealership. Brannen didn't talk down to her at all (!!). It was an absolute pleasure to work with a male used-car salesman who behaved so maturely towards women. Brannen's level of communication was outstanding! He responded to our questions promptly. If he didn't know the answer and needed to look further for an answer, he sent a text as soon as he had information. We were looking for a used car. Brannen didn't try to upsell us at all. He was upfront about the issues with the car and also about the amount that we would need to pay to purchase. We were happily surprised to have met and worked with Brannen. HOWEVER, Jess Spencer - the Finance Manager who we signed the sales papers with - was not as easy to work with. 1) Even though we had already been told the total amount we were to pay for the vehicle, Jess slid in a charge that wasn't mentioned until signing documents: "Landcar VTA". Originally we were charged $500 for this unusual fee. Immediately, it was reduced to $250. THEN it was taxed. I didn't previously know about this charge, I didn't want it, and I STILL don't want it. I don't appreciate it suddenly showing up AFTER we had been told the total price for the vehicle. 2) Jess sold us a warranty for $2,172 that he said was fully refundable within 30 days. 2 weeks after purchasing it, we called him 4 separate times over a 5 day period to stop the warranty and never heard from him. Not sure why. Time is ticking before the trial period ends. Anyway, those are slight inconveniences. I would definitely shop here again. More
