We were very happy to be able to make a service appt. after being on a long trip,and needing an oil change while out of town. Other dealerships had over a week wait. This was only a few days. Audra was very easy and pleasant to work with during scheduling and service time. It seemed they were running late, (short staffed as with most places) so she helped prepare everything they needed to expedite things. She also offered an office for my husband and I to wait in which we appreciated since no one was wearing masks (besides us) and we were visiting elderly parents. It ended up only taking 45 min. all together and we appreciated the car wash that the did! Would definitely use them again! Thanks also to the service man for being there and taking care of us! More
