Oil changes. When I bought my 2016 Jeep Patriot from Brian Metzler last year I was told I got free oil changes for 4 years. I've had 2 oil changes so far and each When I bought my 2016 Jeep Patriot from Brian Metzler last year I was told I got free oil changes for 4 years. I've had 2 oil changes so far and each time the service folks have treated me extremely well. They showed me to the waiting area and told me to make myself comfortable and to enjoy some snacks they have for customers. I didn't have to wait long and the lady came and got me and said, keys are in your Jeep, We washed it for you and the change oil light has been reset. She then pointed out my tires were still in Great shape with plenty of tread left on them. I was in and out of their service center within 45 minutes. I would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to shop here because they Care about you after the sale and it shows. Thanks Again, Mike Phillips Logan Ohio More

Top Notch I called multiple Kia dealers throughout Central Ohio due to any ongoing issue with my car. The front end was making a very annoying sound and no one could seem to figure out the issue. I was at my wits end and very annoyed with every other dealer that I contacted. It seemed that I was pushed to the back burner and they would try to give me an appointment two weeks out, which does not work with a busy mom like me. I finally called Matt Taylor Kia and spoke with Todd, who got me right in. Within a day, Todd and his crew diagnosed the problem and promptly explained it to me, and within two days my car was fixed (It was only two days, because I had to discuss the course of action with my husband). Bottom-line, if you are in the market for a Kia or are just looking for good, honest people to repair your car, search no further. Todd Fox was kind, caring, and most of all; he was honest, which is something that you don't come across too often in this world. I would 100% without a doubt recommend Matt Taylor Kia, because it is clearly evident that they take pride in their work. More

Great service experience. Had an issue with a lit check engine light and rpm's jumping around on my 2016 Kia Optima LX. I was greeted by Heather in the service department who within minutes had my vehicle's info printed out and had tentatively diagnosed the issue and explained the repair process. I was scheduled for the repair within 15 minutes of arrival. When I dropped off the vehicle for repair, Heather offered for someone to drive me home if I did not have anyone to pick me up as the repair would take about two hours. Vehicle was repaired within two hours as stated. What stood out to me was not only how hospitable Heather was, but her knowledge of exactly what the issue was from just hearing my description of the issue. She went above and beyond my expectations.
