He explained different areas of country require different service because of weather yet emphasized how beneficial regular service can be even telling me about a toyota customer who logged a million miles on their vehicle just by keeping with the maintenance schedule. He also got me out quickly as I needed to get my daughter from work. I am a first time new car buyer and I have been very happy with my toyota. More

Charged for nothing I purchased a factory remote start for my wife's 2017 RAV4 LE. I took the car to Coughlin Toyota to have it installed because their quote was the chea I purchased a factory remote start for my wife's 2017 RAV4 LE. I took the car to Coughlin Toyota to have it installed because their quote was the cheapest I had received. Upon arrival I had learned that they had lost my appointment so they were going to work on it in between other service appointments. I was informed that I would be charged an hour's worth of service if my part did not fit. My wife and I left and received a call 2 hours later that the remote start would not fit. I returned and payed $124 for a garage bay fee. I then found out that all they did was pull up the part number and read that it would not fit a car without a smart key, which my wife's car does not have. A whole 10 second process that they could've done before I had left the dealership. I understand that they were upfront about this charge however no one had touched my car other than to pull it out of the garage bay and my car had not held up any other service appointments. This charge would make sense if they had attempted to install the part and then realized that it did not fit, but not for 10 seconds worth of research. They could've saved me 2 hours and $124. Very cynical business practice if you ask me. I had no issue with the employees, just the policy. More

They never try to sell me things I don't need and if I ask about doing a certain service they will say "let us look at it and we will let you know". They usually say you don't need to do that yet. I appreciate their honesty and consideration for my time. I hope my truck lasts a long time but I look forward to purchasing my next truck at Coughlin Toyota. More

Extraordinary customer service from Jeff Thibodeau! I have dealt with Coughlin Automotive for over 20 years and have always received exceptional service. The customer service I received today was espec I have dealt with Coughlin Automotive for over 20 years and have always received exceptional service. The customer service I received today was especially remarkable. I had dropped my debit card (that I use every day) between my driver's seat and console of my Camry. After trying to locate it myself for over an hour, I frantically called Coughlin Toyota in Hebron, Ohio. I explained my dilemma to Service Advisor Jeff Thibodeau, He was very sympathetic and told me I could bring in the car today even without an appointment. When I arrived, he personally tried to locate my debit card under the seat. Since it could not be easily found, he drove my car to the garage and Jacob (one of their top mechanics) took the seat out to try and find the card. Jacob quickly located it under the console, even though it was not in plain sight. I was absolutely thrilled to get my card back so that I did not need to go through the labor intensive process of cancelling the card and securing another one through my bank. Jeff and Jacob made my day!! Jeff was very gracious and kind in assisting me, and I was not even charged for their efforts. I am especially thankful to Jeff in going the extra mile to serve me today.
