Let us know what was going on with our vehicle. Call dealership about trouble with our van not starting. We findly got it started and they had a 8:30 opening for us to bring our van in. Waited 3 hours for door panel to be replaced. Not done corre I took my car in for a 10:00 appt. for an inside door panel replacement. After waiting 3 hours, the car was ready, but the door panel was not installe I took my car in for a 10:00 appt. for an inside door panel replacement. After waiting 3 hours, the car was ready, but the door panel was not installed correctly. Another half hour waiting for it to be fixed and it's still not right! The old parts, (the fasteners)), one which was broken) were used, instead of new parts. The fasteners are for one time usuasge only. The panel is not fitting tightly as it should. The cost; $590. I Regret my purchase from this dealership I was surprised my car wasn’t washed after service. My windshield wipers are shredded, I’m aware of this, it wasn’t on my multi point inspection.
