I am not able to select ZERO stars. I got stuck with the worst that Courtesy has to offer. A real xxxxxx! Stephen! Unprofessional, zero communication and when he did communicate it was I got stuck with the worst that Courtesy has to offer. A real xxxxxx! Stephen! Unprofessional, zero communication and when he did communicate it was with rude responses. Voice mails were never returned. Phone calls never answered. I spoke to the service manager and he said "I don't understand that"! Maybe you need to take a closer look! Try to contact him or the service department and you will be left hanging on the phone or transferred around in a circle jerk. Continually sent back to the black hole call cue to nowhere! He had my car for 3 days and when I texted, he wouldn't respond. When he did his response was "I am busy", "I have 60 customers to handle". My car has been kept hostage for three days for a 1 day scheduled appointment and you failed in handling this customer, miserably! Its funny, when I checked my car in I received a text saying "If you need anything throughout your service visit, please reply to this text" Ludicrous! The only people that I could actually speak to were the sales people. And sales people they were, flaky as xxxx! As unhelpful as unhelpful can be! Anyone would be well advised to seek out any other dealership than this one. They will never get my or my families business again! I will await your usual feckless response! More

Made an appointment for 3 weeks out. Dropped it off and four days later they hadn’t even looked at it. Went back to the dealership to inquire about it and waited for 30 minutes to speak Dropped it off and four days later they hadn’t even looked at it. And then I get a text thanking me for using them and asking I leave a 5 star review. They are a bunch of clueless incompetent people over there. Avoid them at all costs. More

Stephen never reviewed my appointment information, part need for my repair never ordered. Other item I needed said he couldn’t do because short techs. When I voiced my displeasure of him not ordering the part or notifying me that they wouldn’t be able to get to my repairs he told me if I’m dissatisfied I could take my business to another dealership. I took my other vehicle to another Chrysler dealership for about $2,000 of business and was treated royally. More
