My wife brought our Kia Sorento in for a oil change about 3 weeks ago when she arrived in Mesa. I flew in Friday and Saturday morning noticed the splash shield was hanging down. When I looked at it I noticed 3 weeks ago when she arrived in Mesa. I flew in Friday and Saturday morning noticed the splash shield was hanging down. When I looked at it I noticed it was missing 4 of the screws that hold it on. I had her call the service department and after the guy gave her a hard time he said to bring it down and they would put the screws in. When we brought it in I let them know it was missing 4 screws that I noticed. The guy ( I believe his name was Johnny) was very rude. But he said to wait in the waiting room, and he would have it fixed. We went to the waiting room. After sitting there a while my wife looked out and said she thought she seen our car in the lot. We sat there about another 15 minutes and went out to look. It was sitting there and looked like the piece was not hanging down anymore. My wife went in to get the keys and was ignored while the service guy was laughing ang talking to another employee. After standing at his desk for a while she finally interrupted him and asked for the keys. Without saying a word he grabbed the keys and rudely handed them to her and we left. When I got home I looked under the car and it was still missing 3 of the screws. I called back and talked to Johney and he said I could bring it back. I asked to talk to the service Manager and he said he was the service manager. We want this fixed and when we purchase our new Sorento in a couple months we will try a different dealer. Thanks More

In the 2 1/2 years of owning my Kia Sportage, all maintenance service has been done at this dealership. The service department has treated me respectfully, professionally, and made sure all concerns maintenance service has been done at this dealership. The service department has treated me respectfully, professionally, and made sure all concerns were addressed. Since I drive a distance, I wait for my Sportage while it's being serviced. I've never had to wait longer than the guesstimated time given and most of the time, service was completed earlier. The waiting area for customers is clean, comfortable and allows work space for those with laptops and tablets. The ladies restroom is clean and not foul smelling. There is a good assortment of foods and beverages to be purchased while waiting or shopping. I don't hesitate to refer others to this dealership for Kia service. More

They seemed great at first—until they weren’t. After multiple attempts, they failed to fix my tire pressure sensors. Despite that, they refused to offer a refund.
