They seemed great at first—until they weren’t. After multiple attempts, they failed to fix my tire pressure sensors. Despite that, they refused to offer a refund. The service is excellent, on time and on budget. I am disappointed that my car was not washed. I had a Lexus before my current Kia Niro, and I like the Niro much more, but when I went to the Lexus I am disappointed that my car was not washed. The service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. They took care of my vehicle in less than the time they quoted me. Offered to provide me with a Lift in case I needed any Very friendly and helpful. They took care of my vehicle in less than the time they quoted me. They also pointed out some items that I needed taken care of and offered to repair then which I didn’t do because I have my own mechanic. But best of all, they offer good coffee while you wai. 😂 More
