No major issue. Service Advisor Michael Johnson was professional, friendly, courteous, fully knowledgeable, and knows his cars. My issue with the dealership is charging credit card usage fees which is very unfair to the customer. That is ridiculous, after charging shop supplies fees. It is unacceptable!!! I think I should get refunded the credit card fees. More

Took my car in for a routine service and was met with complete indifference. The service rep barely acknowledged me, didn’t explain what work would be done, and ignored my questions. I waited hours past the estimated time with no updates. When I finally asked for a status, the rep seemed annoyed and dismissive.
