Can't say enough about this dealership, not only matched and beat all the other dealers including the buying service my wife and I belong to but the price for an Avalon Touring was better then the p matched and beat all the other dealers including the buying service my wife and I belong to but the price for an Avalon Touring was better then the price for a Toyota Premium that the other dealers were quoting. The entire sale took about two hour period. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE. My salesperson, Elizabeth Habig, was very professional through the whole process. She was friendly and very patient and worked with me to get me in a car that I would be happy with. I was very impress with Ms. Habig customer service skills ---felt like visiting a friend for coffee and cake. Lam in financing was pleasant, efficient, and informative during the final phase of the purchase. The entire sales team conducted themselves professionally and did not resort to high pressure sales tactics to make the sale. Another great thing about this dealership is, I wasn't immediately attacked as i entered the showroom or as I walked up to the door. That's a great plus!
