I was offered a good trade in deal on my 2005 Avalon through the mail and I was very reluctent to go to the dealer because I thought it would be a bait and switch deal. On my first visit with Todd I made it clear that I wanted a good deal and I did not want to waste my time going back and forth and made it clear that I have owned four Toyota vehicles and I just wanted a good deal as a return customer. I was in and out on Friday in less than one hour with an idea of what Todd would do for me.I arrived the following morning at 9 am and was on my way home with the vehicle I wanted to show my wife within 1 -1/2 hour. With the deal I received and the honesty I decided to trade my Avalon and purchase a new Camary. The deal and financing I was given was excellent.
