Mr. Castellano was extremely helpful and friendly. I didn't feel the normal pressure exercised by some companies. Although Toyota has not been seen favorably lately, I still love my Toyota Camry. Robert was fantastic. He was efficient and accommodating and took care of everything that we asked of him on time and with limited delay. I recommend that in the future the dealership work to staff this group appropriately, as this reinforces the stereotype that once they "have you" the dealership does not view the quality of your experience as a priority.
