I recently purchased a vehicle from Covert CDJR West, and while the Jeep itself meets expectations, the buying experience raised serious concerns. During the financing process, dealer add-ons (including protection products and a GPS-related item) were included in the contract without being clearly disclosed or properly explained up front. I had to identify and question these charges myself, which required multiple follow-ups to have them addressed. In addition, I specifically requested to finance through Stellantis to take advantage of their advertised low interest rate and 90-day no-payment option. However, I was told that I had to use a different lender (First Community Credit Union) in order to complete the deal. This was not presented as optional, which removed my ability to choose the financing that best fit my needs. While the issues were eventually acknowledged, the overall process lacked transparency and required more effort than it should from a customer. The vehicle is great, but the dealership’s handling of the sales and financing process—particularly around clear disclosure and customer choice—needs improvement. More

Salesman was bad to deal with and pushy and not clear. Once deal done didn’t have any follow up or ensure process was smooth. Wouldn’t buy from here based on experience with Obi and floor manager.
