I brought my 2014 Jeep Patriot in for repairs on a problem that was supposed to already have been fixed. The Patriot had a very bad vibration when it is in drive with the brake on. The engine was supp problem that was supposed to already have been fixed. The Patriot had a very bad vibration when it is in drive with the brake on. The engine was supposed to have been replaced to fix the problem. When I picked it up it was still doing the same vibrating it had been. Eric the service manager ask me to drive it and let the new engine have a break in period. I did that and it did not improve. I took it back to have it checked. The mechanic supposedly looked at it and said it was fine. If your mechanic thinks that the car vibrating like it is you might need to get a new mechanic. I was asked by three different people on my previous trip why I was there. I told all of them including the assistant general manager that I was there for a car repair and they all suggested that I trade it in and buy a new car. Covert has been in Austin a long time and used to be a good dealership. I can see now why there reviews are so bad. I would never recommend Covert to anyone for repairs or buying a car. More

1 3/4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation? Had an appointment at 10:00. Arrived on time but was not greeted by anyone. Went into the office and was told they would get to me within the hour. I will never go back to that Covert for anything including a new auto purchase. Also, when I arrived home I saw that one of my tire valve stem caps was missing. They are not eh standard black plastic ones but jeep caps that I don't know how to replace. More
