My Review of Cowles Nissan:
Have taken my car (s) to this dealer on a couple of different occasions and each time my vehicle was improperly diagnosed. After confronting the service attendant and managers, the situation was still not resolved. Eventually had to take my car (s) to another Auto mechanic to get them properly diagnosed and repaired after paying Cowle's an $89 diagnosis fee.

My Review of Cowles Nissan:
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER in the 6 cars we've bought!!!! We had problems with them lying over the sale price and trying to screw us out of money. Then a few months later we had to get NissanUSA involved just to get them to look at the service issues we had on the car. The kids they have working there are rude and incompetent, they are slow and do not do a good check on your service complaints. They need to close down!!!!
