I brought my 21 Silverado 2500 in a few months ago with torque converter vibrations. They drove it for over a week at speeds exceeding 80 mph on multiple occasions according to my Chevrolet app, burnt half torque converter vibrations. I brought it back last Tuesday because it is now more frequent and is beginning to shutter. I didn’t hear a word from anyone so I went in yesterday to check on it and he said again that they could not replicate. There is literally no communication. There is no concern for the customer’s time. And the issue is not resolved. This is why dealers have such a horrible reputation. The guy I spoke to in the middle desk at Service was noticeably grumpy and clearly irritated that I was there. More

I was in Indiana in May and had trouble with my 2019 Chevrolet 2500 diesel. I took it in telling the service department what was going on instead they proceeded to do other things of which by the end of Chevrolet 2500 diesel. I feel like that I’ve been totally ripped off. I brought it home to Alabama where I live took it to my Chevrolet dealer they followed my instructions and they fixed it immediately costing me nothing at all Because it was covered under warranty I am so disappointed but cold has been a terrible reputation place and they have just proceeded to perpetuate that reality More

We brought our Chevy truck to be diagnosed and happily paid the $110.63 charge for the diagnostic evaluation, though when told the price for the replacement gas pedal, they were literally over double the amount of our local mechanic. (I find it's also important to note that this same representative hung up while my husband was trying to ask him questions about picking up his truck once he was informed that we were giving the additional business required to our local small business.) We had our wonderful local company fix the gas pedal and continued on. Unfortunately, The gas pedal was not the issue and the truck presented with the same issues as prior. Due to the technology of the trucks, we called back to the dealership to request further evaluation and were very rudely informed that they would not take our case because we declined their services of fixing the gas pedal even though we paid for our diagnostic. I honestly cannot explain to you how rude this individual was and I deal in and with many branches customer service all the time! More
The overall experience was awful. They kept our vehicle for almost a month with ZERO communications. We tried calling multiple times and could never get through to anyone. We finally got the vehicle back and paid the bill in full that they presented to us. a MONTH later they called and stated that they forgot to bill us for something and that if we didn't pay it they would seek legal action. They did not provide any proof of the work that they supposedly "forgot" to bill us. It's not a lot of money but the whole experience has been terrible, and I will not be using this dealership again nor would I recommend it to anyone. More

After a long explanation, I then confirmed and the price would be $686 and agreed to move forward at that time. Should have read all these reviews prior to taking our car there. More

As of today 12-08-2021 my 2011 Chevrolet Silverado has been at Coyles Service Center for one week. I dropped it off Wednesday evening for the scheduled appointment Thursday at 7am. I called and left several messages for Waun which is supposed to be the person in charge of my vehicle getting fixed. The receptionist informed us Monday according to their computer our vehicle has not under gone diagnostic testing. Then yesterday, Tuesday, I called demanding someone at least call me back to give me an update on my truck. Waun said they was covered up and he didn’t work Monday. A woman called and asked about the situation and I explained everything to her. Now, this morning I have called Coyles twice and left messages no answer again. The Coyles Collision Center has already been paid around $3000 to repair body work and we was also going to buy a Chevrolet ZR2 as soon as they become available, but not now. This dealership definitely the lowest in customer satisfaction. Horrible service! More
