I cannot trust them any more. These guys charge extra for inspection during oil change. For peace of mind, I oblige and do not use lube places and use the dealer shop. But it seems the money was for waste. Two weeks ago, I brought in Chevy Traverse for regular maintenance. As always, oil change was done with inspection and no problem according to the technicians and their report. My wife drove it to Sam's Club, just few blocks away for gas and noticed some drips. It just came from the shop and wasn't oily. We thought perhaps it's melted ice from the chilly night before and thought nothing of it. Few days later the engine overheats and stops on the freeway. We return the vehicle to these guys and some things don't add up. First, they say it's broken water pump and the overheating has broken the sealing of the engine and will need $2600 worth of job done. If that drip we noticed at the gas station was due to the leak they should've notified us. That's what inspect is for. It couldn't have just broken few blocks away after the service. And the whole story of water pump doesn't make sense either. If it really was the water pump, the radiator would've been drained quite fast and it wouldn't have lasted a week for it to overheat. It would've overheated with very first trip back home or to work afterwards. I complained that they should've noticed the leak during inspection and we should've been notified. We actually paid for that service. The guy named Juan says he'd give 10% discount. I felt their failure during inspection is more than worth 10%. That engine overheating could've been prevented. We agree to 50/50 split of the bill. The day that I tried to pick up the vehicle, suddenly the bill went up. They'd only honor 10% discount. I decided to take it to the court and waved 10% discount and paid full. I also got the print out of the maintenance history. Looks like they lied on the repair report. They stated that the engine leak was reported by me with statement when they are the one's that told me about the engine damage due to overheating. The report also states engine leaked oil which they never revealed to me and on the report, it says I told them. I will update this after the trial. Do not trust these guys. If you are going to have the oil service done, at the least, don't pay for the inspection service. And if the car breaks down after their service, take it to someone else. And if they offer compromise, get it in writing. More

When Bob was service manager, he listened to what I had to say. The "new" lady told me it would cost $100 to review to find out what my problem was. My vehicle was under warranty and I had never been treated like I was unwanted or didn't know what I was talking about. When I told her I would not have the vehicle after I left their lot, she said she could have a salesman show me other vehicles on their lot. She didn't seem to understand...if I had to deal with her as the service manager, I would never own another GM product. I had now owned a 2018 Jeep Gran Cherokee Laredo 4X4 for over two months. So you can quick sending me the reminders, because I wouldn't recommend your lot to anyone even if they knew you had the perfect care for them. Vivian More

When I dropped off the vehicle, no one approached me. I didn't know where to go. It was awkward just poking around to find out where to get service. Once I made it into the service area I was not greeted. I made sure to stand right in front of the desk in front of two service folks but I still wasn't greeted until both service employees were done with what they were currently doing. Again, what a bad customer service experience . I dropped off the vehicle for repairs in the early a.m. I didn't get an expected phone call all day so I called in at 4pm. I didn't get a response so I left a message and my phone number to be contacted. I received no call that day which meant I had to make arrangements to borrow a vehicle for work the next morning. Very poor customer experience. I did receive a call the next morning. I explained that I was waiting for a call the prior day to know that the dealership needed to keep my vehicle overnight and the employee replied "well, we were really busy". No apology or anything other than a covered excuse. I was upset about this. Then I was told the repairs would cost $650 for the services I chose to have done and approved. Later that afternoon, I received the phone call that let me know my vehicle was ready. I went in to pick up the vehicle and was charged $800. I was walking out and examining the charges and turned around and asked about them since I was quoted $650. The employee quietly performed several calculations on the calculator and finally let me know that after taxes, "that were not in the original quote", the total was about $700. He asked if I just wanted to apply that $100 to some other repairs that he told me the vehicle still needed. I explained that I would rather just have the refund for the overcharged amount and he processed a refund. What a terrible customer experience. As a side note, I'm in the market to find a new corvette and was a little shocked when they said to me "we want to give you a great deal and get you acquainted with our service department". They did not know that I had my Cadillac service performed and the bad experience I had. The one positive is that the vehicle has been fixed so far. This is the reason for the 2 stars vs 1 star in the review. Thanks for your time. More
Top of most customer care I received a recall notice from Chevrolet. It advised me to call my dealer for a service appointment. I live about 26 miles from Coyle Chevrolet, so with my work schedule and other things to do, this would not be an easy task. I was in Clarksville on other business, Late in the day, I just happened to stop by to see, if I could get it done, or make an appointment to have the proper repair done. Well the service rep said, pull it in and we'll get it done in about a half hour, to 45 minutes. My wife and I went across the street and ate dinner. We came back in about 45 minutes, service was completed. I trust Coyle and their service department completely to do what they say they are going to do. For a big dealership, they seem to always have their customer service and convenience for their customers as their top priority. They are at the top of most....that's the reason I drive 26 miles (52 round trip) to do business with Coyle Chevrolet. Thanks Guys and Gals. More
Terrible Service Eager to sell you a new car but their service department is beyond terrible, they do not even deserve one star. Booked a service appointment on their Eager to sell you a new car but their service department is beyond terrible, they do not even deserve one star. Booked a service appointment on their website this past week and received confirmation. Showed up today for the appointment and was told they could not provide service, they were taking no more customers for the day. Instead of apologizing all I received was I should have been there early this morning to wait in line, wow! Apparently making an appointment means nothing to Coyle Chevrolet. Last service visit I sat for over a hour and a half to get an oil change and tire rotation! I will never let these people service our vehicle ever again - their service is a joke! More
I have a 2011 Chevy Equinox which is still under warranty. I've had it in for service several times. I've been treated well each time I've been to this service center. The employees are always ni warranty. I've had it in for service several times. I've been treated well each time I've been to this service center. The employees are always nice and helpful. They get me right in and out. I was told about some preventative maintenance that is due at 30,000 when I had it in for an oil change recently. I thought the prices they wanted were really too high, so I passed on them at this time. I'm sure it's the same price as other dealers though. More
Would not honor GM Extended powertrain warranty for girlfriend's Cobalt. My girlfriend did everything right and within the guidelines of getting her car fixed but they would not honor it. We even talk girlfriend's Cobalt. My girlfriend did everything right and within the guidelines of getting her car fixed but they would not honor it. We even talked to GM and they said that we should have gotten our car fixed but they wouldn't help us - they said that it was up to the dealer. BS. I bought my Hemi Ram and my ex wife's Stratus from Coyle Dodge when it was still there and had similar problems with their crappy service. My truck had problems from the start and they wouldn't honor factory warranty on my leaky catalytic converters. I wish Coyle will go out of business and suffer the fate that they deserve. More
