Initially, Crain Hyundai provided exceptional customer service during my purchase. Due to health issues, they accommodated a remote transaction and delivered my SUV to my home two hours away - truly outst service during my purchase. However, when I brought my vehicle in for recall service, their service department damaged my SUV. The service representative seemed eager to rush me away without properly addressing the damage, though I appreciate the technician who honestly admitted their error. The inadequate repair has resulted in my engine light coming on two weeks ago. Despite multiple calls and messages, Crain Hyundai has completely failed to return any communication to resolve their mistake. While their sales team excelled, the service department's poor handling of their error and complete lack of follow-up communication is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this dealership, especially for out-of-town customers who may receive lower priority service. More
My car was stolen back in January. It was recovered a few weeks later at the beginning of February, but the thieves did a number on it. Under advisement from my insurance, I had my car taken to the only Hyundai dealership in the city. They have had my car ever since, over four months. It took over two months to even get repairs started as they went back and forth with my insurance and the tech who gave the initial assessment left or was fired. Supposedly, my car is now fixed, but they're still refusing to release it until they have payment in hand from my insurance, despite receiving proof of payment and it being four months since this whole fiasco started. Every time I call to get an update, the person I talk to is defensive and rude and acts like I am being unreasonable for being upset that I have been without my vehicle for four months. Never deal with Crain. Update: Unsurprisingly, about an hour after I left them a terrible review, they called me to tell me I could pick my car up. They were wholly unapologetic and did absolutely nothing to make up for their terrible service. When I went to get the car it was still a mess. The thieves' trash was still in it. When I said something about it, they just said, "we don't do detailing here you'll have to talk to your insurance." I can understand that to a degree, but you couldn't even get the trash out of my car or vacuum? This has without a doubt been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. More
I bought a new Santa Fe from Emmanuel Olie. When we showed up, we were immediately greeted with a smile and a handshake. He was quick to answer our questions about the vehicle. They worked with us as best as they could to keep the monthly payments in our budget and made sure that we got a fair price for our trade-in. The overall experience was fantastic and they both made sure they were efficient without making it feel like we were rushed to buy the car. We were allowed to take it on a good test drive and really feel if the car would work for us. And at the end of our purchase made us feel like we just won the lottery with a confetti shower in the center of the showroom. I would HIGHLY recommend going to them for you vehicle purchases. More
I purchased my 2025 Hyundai Tucson at Crain and couldn’t be happier. The service I received is better than any dealership I have done business with in the past! I purchased my vehicle on 7/24 and when I test drove it, it act like it didn't want to go and the sale man told me that it was the TURBO kicking in and I was like ok, so 3 weeks later the driver side window it act like it didn't want to go and the sale man told me that it was the TURBO kicking in and I was like ok, so 3 weeks later the driver side window stop working and the car was stuttering, so I called and took it in on 08/16 that evening and I know I wasn't going to hear any thing that evening so I waited to the next day and didn't hear nothing from them so I called them about 3 something to see what was going on and Hunter told me that it was $5000 worth of work that needed to be done and I ask was is it not covered under warranty and he said let me call them and I will call you right back. I didn't hear anything from him so when I got off work I went up there and Hunter then told me that warranty company had to send out an adjuster to look at vehicle and that it would be till Thursday 8/19 before they could get out there and I informed him that I need a loaner car because I have no way of getting back and forth to work, he left and went and spoke with the manager Steve and Hunter came back and stated well we don't have any cars to give you. So I waited to Thursday to hear back from them after the adjuster came out and didn't hear anything again. I then went up there when I got off work and Steve stated that everything will be covered under warranty and that he will order my parts and I then asked him again about getting a loaner and he said I don't have anything and I'll have you one Monday 8/23. I text Steve on Monday 8/23 and he informed me that he will have 1 ready that evening. I picked my Hyundai Tucson up on 8/26 @8:00am, started to drive my vehicle and it wouldn't go over 40 so I got on the freeway and it wouldn't go over 60 and the engine light came on so I took it back up there and they stated it was a hose loose, if they had test drove the car to make sure it was running correct then they would of known that something was wrong. All I have to say is this is the worst place I ever done business with. I believe that Mark the sales man knew what he was selling me. I then had to pay $250 the extended warranty cost, I shouldn't have to pay anything because the vehicle isn't a month old when the problems started. More

I feel they took of advantage of her because. She was a senior citizen..He. took advantage of a senior citizen so be aware all senior citizens who take your car to Crain Hyundai of Little Rock... Watch out because they're trying to get over on customers on the elderly side... Steve manager over service Department and the general manager Broderick offered a refund oh $150.. but I never received it... More
